The Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence (BICoE) will be key to this journey, delivering solutions in the fields of data warehousing, reporting and business intelligence. We’re looking for a highly skilled BI Professional with MicroStrategy experience who wants to contribute to the growth of one of the world’s largest fashion retailers. 
You'll join a team of seasoned MicroStrategy professionals with scope to expand into all areas of the platform and business.

• You will be working on a number of exciting and innovative projects as well as shaping our day to day operations.
• You are responsible for analyzing the various complex BI requirements from the various business units
• In the course of the change to an agile organization, you will independently develop reporting solutions as an integral part of an agile team
• You are responsible for the development of all MicroStrategy objects - from schema objects to dossiers
• With Microstrategy, you will design Schema objects and public objects, such as attributes, facts, logical views, metrics, filters, prompts, custom groups, and consolidations. Plus develop MSTR datasets, reports, dashboards & dossiers.

• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology, business informatics or economics, have a comparable education or have relevant professional experience.
• You have experience in the business intelligence environment with MicroStrategy.
• Experience with Object Manager. Creating and deploying MicroStrategy packages (nice to have)
• Strong SQL skills and ability to fine tune the performance issues using SQL.
• HTML Basic knowledge
• Experience in data warehouse architecture and Snowflake is nice to have
• You are highly motivated and strive to provide your colleagues and customers with data and knowledge
• You have already gained practical experience in the field of agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM or Kanban)
• You work independently and proactively, are empathetic, able to deal with conflict and have organizational skills, attention to detail and assertiveness
• Fluent English skills, German is an asset
