About our partner
On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain).
What you'll be doing
  • You are responsible for billing management with a focus on payroll (PY)
  • The identification and conception of process and system optimizations around the PY module are also part of your area of responsibility
  • You are the contact person for colleagues and SAP HCM key users with regard to all SAP HCM Payroll relevant questions
  • The analysis of existing processes and their optimization are also part of your area of responsibility
  • You take over Second & Third Level Support for PY
  • You will supervise the SAP Payroll system landscape, contribute ideas for further development and support the conversion from HCM on Premise to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Coordination of our external service providers
What you'll bring
  • You have a degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable education/professional experience
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of SAP-HCM PY
  • You have experience in the conception, maintenance and restructuring of the SAP billing scheme. You are no stranger to the implementation of Customizing activities, the creation/adaptation of calculation rules and schemes as well as the support for support package importations
  • Analytical thinking skills paired with high IT affinity characterize you
  • You have a good command of spoken and written English
  • Your high team and communication skills, assertiveness, independent and self-reliant way of working as well as pronounced commitment round off your profile
  • You enjoy ongoing process optimization, development of new subject-specific topics and project experience
